True love and peace is never found in the reprobate actions and minds of those who love the world,who love the praise of the world and the riches of the world. These are the things people void of any understanding proclaim to be valid, worthy, and impressive. They brag that they made their own way without God.They are full of blasphemy, sexual depravity,vain and without true feelings,boasters,puffed up against authority, without a soul,unkind,hateful,gossip worshippers, their every thought is on using others for their own gluttenous adultrous idolatry of personal gratification and material gain.
So They Killed the Prophets and Turned a Cold Shoulder To God's Word
God Blessed them,prospered them, and protected them on every side from any enemy.God gave them orchards and fields of grain, rolling rivers of water,rain to water their crops, freedom from the pestilence, warm homes, and a land flowing with milk and honey.But they became fat and compacent and forgot God. They refused to obey God's commandments and turned a cold shoulder to God's love, prosperity and protection. They ridiculed and imprisoned God's prophets and turned to the ways of the nations God had subdued under them.They proclaimed their proud boastful self-serving ways by silencing God's words, by killing innocent babies, by cleaving to perverted sexuality, and by worshipping vain people,animals, objects and idols. Thus God turned his back and removed his protection and they were attacked on every side by heathen nations with no mercy. They were subjected to cruel bondage, starved, and whipped. Their sons and daughters were sold into captivity and they themselves enslaved to Godless nations.
